Cre8 Terms of Service

1. Who can use Cre8

• You must be 18 years old or older.
• One account is for one person. Do not share it or sell access to it.
• Give true information when you set up your account.

2. Your account

• You can sign in with Google, Telegram, Apple, or an email address. Keep access to that account safe; you are responsible for what happens in your Cre8 account.
• New accounts are switched on by Cre8. Until then the account cannot use Cre8's features.
• An account that is not switched on within 7 days of sign-up is deleted automatically, together with the answers you gave. You can sign up again at any time, starting fresh.
• You can delete your account at any time in Profile, or as described at cre8mentor.com/delete-account.

3. Access

Using Cre8's features requires an account that Cre8 has switched on with an active plan. What a plan includes and how long it lasts is agreed between you and Cre8. When a plan ends, the account is switched off; your information is kept until you delete your account, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

In the iPhone app, a plan can also be bought as a monthly subscription through Apple. It renews automatically through your Apple Account until you cancel it in your Apple Account settings (at least 24 hours before the current period ends); Apple's terms apply to the payment, and refunds are requested from Apple. Deleting your Cre8 account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Refunds for plans bought directly from Cre8 (not through Apple): if Cre8 is not working for you, email [email protected] within 3 days of your plan being switched on, from the email or account you signed in with, and tell us what went wrong. We refund that payment in full, the same way you paid, and switch the plan off. After 3 days, payments are not refunded, but a plan never renews on its own: it simply ends unless you buy another one. A refund is given once per person: if you have had one before, also with another account or email, we may refuse a new one.

4. AI-written replies

• Cre8's replies are written by artificial intelligence. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check anything important before you rely on it.
• Cre8 gives content and creator advice. It is not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.
• You decide what you publish. You are responsible for the content you post, including content Cre8 helped you write.
• If a reply is offensive, harmful or wrong, report it with the flag under the reply.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Cre8 to:

• create or share anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent or dangerous, or anything that exploits children;
• deceive people, impersonate others, spam, or infringe anyone's rights;
• upload other people's private information without their permission;
• try to break into, overload, copy or misuse Cre8's systems, or get around its limits or safety rules;
• access Cre8 with bots or automated tools, or resell or share access.

We may switch off or delete an account that breaks these rules.

6. Your content

What you write and upload stays yours. You allow Cre8 to store and process it only to provide and improve the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Other services

Cre8 is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, Google, Telegram, Apple or any other platform it mentions or connects to. Their own terms apply when you use them.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Cre8 running well, but it may sometimes be unavailable, change, or lose features. Cre8 is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, or results you get from following Cre8's advice.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we update the date above. For important changes we ask you to accept the new terms in the app before you continue.

၁။ Cre8 ကို ဘယ်သူ သုံးလို့ရလဲ

• အသက် ၁၈ နှစ် (သို့) ၁၈ နှစ်အထက် ဖြစ်ရပါမယ်။
• Account တစ်ခုကို လူတစ်ယောက်ပဲ သုံးရပါမယ်။ တခြားသူကို မျှဝေတာ၊ ရောင်းတာ မလုပ်ရပါ။
• Account ဖွင့်တဲ့အခါ မှန်ကန်တဲ့ အချက်အလက်ကို ပေးရပါမယ်။

၂။ သင့် account

• Google၊ Telegram၊ Apple (သို့) email နဲ့ ဝင်လို့ရပါတယ်။ အဲ့ဒီ account ကို လုံခြုံအောင် ထိန်းထားပါ။ သင့် Cre8 account ထဲမှာ ဖြစ်သမျှအတွက် သင်တာဝန်ရှိပါတယ်။
• Account အသစ်တွေကို Cre8 က ဖွင့်ပေးပါတယ်။ မဖွင့်ရသေးခင် Cre8 ရဲ့ feature တွေကို သုံးလို့မရပါ။
• Sign up လုပ်ပြီး ၇ ရက်အတွင်း မဖွင့်ရသေးတဲ့ account ကို ဖြေထားတဲ့ အချက်အလက်တွေနဲ့အတူ အလိုအလျောက် ဖျက်ပါမယ်။ ဘယ်အချိန်မဆို အသစ်ပြန် sign up လုပ်လို့ရပါတယ်။
• Profile ထဲကနေ (သို့) cre8mentor.com/delete-account မှာ ရေးထားတဲ့အတိုင်း account ကို ဘယ်အချိန်မဆို ဖျက်လို့ရပါတယ်။

၃။ သုံးခွင့်

Cre8 ရဲ့ feature တွေကို သုံးဖို့ Cre8 က active plan နဲ့ ဖွင့်ပေးထားတဲ့ account လိုပါတယ်။ Plan မှာ ဘာတွေပါလဲ၊ ဘယ်လောက်ကြာလဲဆိုတာကို သင်နဲ့ Cre8 ကြား သဘောတူပါတယ်။ Plan ကုန်သွားရင် account ကို ပိတ်သွားပါမယ်။ သင့်အချက်အလက်တွေကိုတော့ Privacy Policy မှာ ရေးထားတဲ့အတိုင်း account ကို မဖျက်မချင်း သိမ်းထားပါမယ်။

iPhone app ထဲမှာ plan ကို Apple ကနေ လစဉ် subscription အနေနဲ့လည်း ဝယ်လို့ရပါတယ်။ Apple Account settings ထဲမှာ မဖျက်မချင်း (လက်ရှိ သက်တမ်း မကုန်ခင် အနည်းဆုံး ၂၄ နာရီ) သင့် Apple Account ကနေ အလိုအလျောက် သက်တမ်းတိုးပါတယ်။ ငွေပေးချေမှုမှာ Apple ရဲ့ စည်းကမ်းတွေ သက်ရောက်ပြီး ငွေပြန်အမ်းဖို့ Apple ကို တောင်းဆိုရပါမယ်။ Cre8 account ကို ဖျက်တာနဲ့ Apple subscription မရပ်ပါဘူး။

Cre8 ဆီက တိုက်ရိုက်ဝယ်ထားတဲ့ plan တွေအတွက် ငွေပြန်အမ်းခြင်း (Apple ကနေ မဟုတ်ဘဲ): Cre8 က သင့်အတွက် အဆင်မပြေရင် plan ဖွင့်ပေးပြီး ၃ ရက် အတွင်း ဝင်ထားတဲ့ email (သို့) account ကနေ [email protected] ကို အီးမေးလ်ပို့ပြီး ဘာအဆင်မပြေလဲ ပြောပါ။ ပေးထားတဲ့ ငွေအပြည့်ကို ပေးခဲ့တဲ့ နည်းအတိုင်း ပြန်အမ်းပြီး plan ကို ပိတ်ပေးပါမယ်။ ၃ ရက် ကျော်သွားရင် ငွေပြန်မအမ်းပါဘူး။ ဒါပေမဲ့ plan က သူ့ဘာသာ သက်တမ်းမတိုးပါဘူး - နောက်တစ်ခါ မဝယ်ရင် ကုန်သွားရုံပါပဲ။ ငွေပြန်အမ်းတာကို လူတစ်ယောက်ကို တစ်ကြိမ်ပဲ ပေးပါတယ်။ အရင်က (တခြား account (သို့) email နဲ့ပါ) ငွေပြန်ရဖူးရင် ထပ်မပေးတာ ဖြစ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။

၄။ AI ရေးတဲ့ အဖြေတွေ

• Cre8 ရဲ့ အဖြေတွေကို AI က ရေးတာပါ။ မှားနိုင်၊ မပြည့်စုံနိုင်၊ ခေတ်မမီနိုင်ပါတယ်။ အရေးကြီးတာကို မယုံခင် ပြန်စစ်ပါ။
• Cre8 က content နဲ့ creator အကြံပေးတာပါ။ ဥပဒေ၊ ဆေး၊ ငွေကြေး (သို့) တခြား professional အကြံပေးချက် မဟုတ်ပါ။
• ဘာတင်မလဲဆိုတာ သင်ဆုံးဖြတ်တာပါ။ Cre8 ကူရေးပေးတဲ့ content အပါအဝင် သင်တင်တဲ့ content အတွက် သင်တာဝန်ရှိပါတယ်။
• အဖြေတစ်ခုက ရိုင်းစိုင်းတာ၊ အန္တရာယ်ရှိတာ (သို့) မှားတာဆိုရင် အဖြေအောက်က အလံ button နဲ့ report လုပ်ပါ။

၅။ ခွင့်မပြုတဲ့ အသုံးပြုမှု

Cre8 ကို ဒီလိုမျိုး မသုံးရပါ -

• ဥပဒေနဲ့မညီတာ၊ မုန်းတီးစကား၊ နှောင့်ယှက်တာ၊ လိင်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ၊ အကြမ်းဖက်တာ၊ အန္တရာယ်ရှိတာ (သို့) ကလေးတွေကို အမြတ်ထုတ်တဲ့ အရာတွေ ဖန်တီးတာ၊ မျှဝေတာ
• လူတွေကို လှည့်စားတာ၊ တခြားသူအယောင်ဆောင်တာ၊ spam လုပ်တာ (သို့) တခြားသူရဲ့ အခွင့်အရေးကို ချိုးဖောက်တာ
• တခြားသူရဲ့ ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက်ကို ခွင့်ပြုချက်မရဘဲ upload လုပ်တာ
• Cre8 ရဲ့ system ကို ဖောက်ဝင်ဖို့၊ overload ဖြစ်အောင်လုပ်ဖို့၊ ကူးယူဖို့ (သို့) limit နဲ့ safety rule တွေကို ကျော်ဖို့ ကြိုးစားတာ
• Bot (သို့) automated tool တွေနဲ့ Cre8 ကို သုံးတာ၊ သုံးခွင့်ကို ပြန်ရောင်းတာ (သို့) မျှဝေတာ

ဒီစည်းကမ်းတွေကို ချိုးဖောက်တဲ့ account ကို ပိတ်တာ (သို့) ဖျက်တာ လုပ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။

၆။ သင့် content

သင်ရေးတာ၊ upload လုပ်တာတွေက သင့်ရဲ့အပိုင်ပါ။ Privacy Policy မှာ ရေးထားတဲ့အတိုင်း ဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးဖို့နဲ့ ပိုကောင်းအောင်လုပ်ဖို့အတွက်ပဲ Cre8 ကို သိမ်းခွင့်၊ သုံးခွင့် ပေးပါတယ်။

၇။ တခြား ဝန်ဆောင်မှုတွေ

Cre8 က သီးခြား app တစ်ခုပါ။ TikTok၊ Google၊ Telegram၊ Apple (သို့) Cre8 က ဖော်ပြတဲ့၊ ချိတ်ဆက်တဲ့ ဘယ် platform နဲ့မှ မဆက်စပ်ပါဘူး။ သူတို့က ထောက်ခံထားတာ (သို့) sponsor လုပ်ထားတာ မဟုတ်ပါ။ အဲ့ဒီ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုတွေကို သုံးတဲ့အခါ သူတို့ရဲ့ စည်းကမ်းချက်တွေ သက်ရောက်ပါတယ်။

၈။ ရရှိနိုင်မှုနဲ့ ပြောင်းလဲမှု

Cre8 ကောင်းကောင်း အလုပ်လုပ်အောင် ကြိုးစားပေမယ့် တခါတလေ သုံးလို့မရတာ၊ ပြောင်းလဲတာ (သို့) feature တချို့ ပျောက်သွားတာ ဖြစ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။ Cre8 ကို "ရှိသလို" ပေးတာပါ။ ဥပဒေက ခွင့်ပြုသလောက်အထိ တိုက်ရိုက်မဟုတ်တဲ့ ဆုံးရှုံးမှု၊ အမြတ်ဆုံးရှုံးမှု (သို့) Cre8 ရဲ့ အကြံကို လိုက်လုပ်လို့ ရလာတဲ့ ရလဒ်တွေအတွက် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ တာဝန်မယူပါ။

၉။ ဒီစည်းကမ်းချက်တွေ ပြောင်းလဲခြင်း

ပြောင်းလဲရင် အပေါ်က ရက်စွဲကို ပြင်ပါမယ်။ အရေးကြီးတဲ့ ပြောင်းလဲမှုတွေအတွက် ဆက်မသုံးခင် app ထဲမှာ စည်းကမ်းအသစ်ကို သဘောတူဖို့ မေးပါမယ်။
