Delete your Cre8 account

You can delete your Cre8 account and its data at any time, in either of these two ways.
Option 1: delete it yourself (immediate)
- Open the Cre8 app, or go to cre8mentor.com/app in any browser.
- Sign in (Google, Telegram, Apple, or email and password).
- Open Profile and choose Delete my account.
- Tick the box to confirm and choose Delete permanently.
Option 2: ask us by email
Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Cre8 account", from the email address of your Cre8 account. If you signed up with Telegram, include your Telegram username. We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.
Accounts that were never switched on
New accounts are switched on by Cre8. If an account is not switched on within 7 days of sign-up, it is deleted automatically, together with everything entered in it. You can sign up again at any time, starting fresh.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in details.
- Your profile and the answers you gave Cre8.
- Your conversations with Cre8 and everything Cre8 remembered about you.
- Your video statistics, competitor lists, content calendar and TikTok analysis results.
- Problem reports you sent, including their screenshots.
What is kept
- A record of free-trial claims (the phone number, Telegram ID and email used to claim a trial), to prevent repeated free trials.
- Security logs, to protect Cre8 from abuse.
- Server backups for a limited time, after which they are overwritten.

ဒါက မြန်မာဘာသာပြန်ပါ။ အင်္ဂလိပ်ဗားရှင်းနဲ့ ကွဲလွဲရင် အင်္ဂလိပ်ဗားရှင်းကို အတည်ယူပါတယ်။
သင့် Cre8 account နဲ့ အထဲက အချက်အလက်တွေကို ဘယ်အချိန်မဆို ဒီနည်းနှစ်ခုထဲက တစ်ခုနဲ့ ဖျက်လို့ရပါတယ်။
နည်း ၁ - ကိုယ်တိုင်ဖျက်ပါ (ချက်ချင်းဖျက်ချင်သူများအတွက်)
- Cre8 app ကိုဖွင့်ပါ (သို့) browser တစ်ခုခုမှာ cre8mentor.com/app ကို သွားပါ။
- Sign in ဝင်ပါ (Google၊ Telegram၊ Apple (သို့) email နဲ့ password)။
- Profile ကိုဖွင့်ပြီး Account ကို ဖျက်မယ် ကို ရွေးပါ။
- အတည်ပြုဖို့ အကွက်ကို အမှန်ခြစ်ပြီး အပြီးဖျက်မယ် ကို နှိပ်ပါ။
နည်း ၂ - Email နဲ့ တောင်းဆိုပါ
Cre8 account ရဲ့ email ကနေ [email protected] ကို "Delete my Cre8 account" ဆိုတဲ့ ခေါင်းစဉ်နဲ့ ပို့ပါ။ Telegram နဲ့ sign up လုပ်ခဲ့ရင် Telegram username ထည့်ပါ။ ရက် ၃၀ အတွင်း account ကို ဖျက်ပြီး အတည်ပြုချက် ပြန်ပို့ပါမယ်။
မဖွင့်ရသေးတဲ့ account တွေ
Account အသစ်တွေကို Cre8 က ဖွင့်ပေးပါတယ်။ Sign up လုပ်ပြီး ၇ ရက်အတွင်း မဖွင့်ရသေးရင် အထဲက အချက်အလက်အားလုံးနဲ့အတူ အလိုအလျောက် ဖျက်ပါတယ်။ ဘယ်အချိန်မဆို အသစ်ပြန် sign up လုပ်လို့ရပါတယ်။
ဖျက်သွားမယ့် အရာတွေ
- သင့် account နဲ့ sign-in အချက်အလက်
- Profile နဲ့ Cre8 ကို ပေးထားတဲ့ အဖြေတွေ
- Cre8 နဲ့ ပြောခဲ့တဲ့ chat တွေနဲ့ Cre8 မှတ်ထားတာ အားလုံး
- Video stats၊ competitor list၊ content calendar နဲ့ TikTok analysis ရလဒ်တွေ
- ပို့ခဲ့တဲ့ problem report တွေနဲ့ သူတို့ရဲ့ screenshot တွေ
သိမ်းထားမယ့် အရာတွေ
- Free trial ထပ်ခါထပ်ခါ မယူနိုင်အောင် trial ယူခဲ့တဲ့ မှတ်တမ်း (trial ယူဖို့ သုံးခဲ့တဲ့ ဖုန်းနံပါတ်၊ Telegram ID နဲ့ email)
- Cre8 ကို abuse ကနေ ကာကွယ်ဖို့ လုံခြုံရေး မှတ်တမ်းတွေ
- အချိန်အကန့်အသတ်နဲ့ သိမ်းပြီးမှ overwrite လုပ်တဲ့ server backup တွေ
