Cre8 Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the Cre8 app and the website cre8mentor.com ("Cre8", "we") collect, why, who it goes to, and how you can delete it.
1. Information we collect
- Account details: the name you ask Cre8 to call you, and what your sign-in method shares with us:
- Google: your name, email address and Google account ID.
- Telegram: your Telegram user ID, username and display name (Telegram does not share your phone number with Cre8).
- Apple: your name and email address, or the private relay address Apple gives us if you choose to hide yours.
- Email: your email address, your phone number and your password (the password is stored only as a secure hash by our sign-in provider). We check the email with a code we send to it; the phone number is not shared with anyone and is used only to contact you about your account.
- Your profile answers: your content niche, audience, goals, style, challenges and similar answers you give Cre8.
- Your conversations: the messages you send, the replies Cre8 writes, notes Cre8 keeps from your conversations to personalise its advice ("memory"), and the feedback or reports you give on replies.
- Content you add: TikTok usernames, video statistics, competitor lists and content calendar entries.
- Problem reports you send: your description, an optional screenshot, and technical details that help us fix the problem (the screen you were on, device and browser type, connection state, recent app errors).
- Plans bought in the iPhone app: Apple handles the payment. We receive only which plan you bought, its start and end dates and Apple's transaction number - never your card or bank details.
- Usage and security records: which features you use and how often, so we can apply daily and weekly limits and control costs; the type of device and system you use (for example Android or iPhone), to help fix problems; and your network address, used briefly to limit abuse and stored only as a one-way hash.
Cre8 has no advertising and no analytics or tracking tools. We do not collect your location, contacts, or advertising ID.
2. How we use it
- To provide the mentor service and tailor it to you.
- To run your account, sign you in, and contact you about your account (for example, by the phone number you gave when you signed up with email).
- To keep Cre8 safe and fair: usage limits, abuse prevention, and preventing repeated free trials.
- To fix problems you report and improve Cre8's replies.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
3. How AI is used
Cre8's replies are written by an AI service provider. To create a reply, your message and the relevant parts of your profile and Cre8's notes about you are sent to that provider. It processes them only to create the reply and does not use them to train or improve its own products. For some questions, a short search query based on your message is sent to web search services. For TikTok analysis, public TikTok profile and video information is collected through a data provider. AI replies can be wrong; please check anything important.
4. Services that process your information for us
These kinds of service providers process information only to provide Cre8's features, on our behalf:
- Cloud hosting, database and security providers - store your information and run Cre8's servers.
- An AI service provider - writes Cre8's replies.
- Web search services and a public social-media data provider - the searches and TikTok data described above.
- An email delivery service - sends emails.
- Google, Telegram and Apple - only when you choose them to sign in. Apple also handles the payment when you buy a plan in the iPhone app.
Because these providers operate in several countries, your information may be processed outside the country where you live.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account exists. A new account that Cre8 has not switched on within 7 days of sign-up is deleted automatically, together with everything entered in it. When an account is deleted - automatically or by you - its information is deleted, with these exceptions:
- A record of free-trial claims (phone number, Telegram ID and email used to claim a trial) is kept to prevent repeated free trials.
- Security logs are kept to protect Cre8 from abuse.
- Server backups are kept for a limited time and then overwritten.
6. Deleting your account
- In the app or on the website: sign in, open Profile, choose Delete my account and confirm. Deletion is immediate.
- By email: write to [email protected] from your account's email (for Telegram accounts, include your Telegram username). We delete the account within 30 days and confirm.

7. Security
All connections to Cre8 are encrypted (HTTPS). Access to stored information is restricted, and passwords are never stored in readable form. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
8. Age
Cre8 is intended for people aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. If we learn that a child under 13 has an account, we will delete it.
9. Your choices
You can see and change your profile in the app, ask us for a copy of your information, and delete your account at any time. Contact us at [email protected].
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date above. For important changes we will tell you in the app.

၁။ Cre8 ကစုဆောင်းသည့် အချက်အလက်များ
- အကောင့် အချက်အလက်များ: Cre8 မှာ ခေါ်စေချင်တဲ့ နာမည်နဲ့ Sign-in ဝင်တဲ့ စနစ်ကနေ မျှဝေပေးလာတဲ့ အချက်အလက်များ -
- Google: နာမည်၊ အီးမေးလ်နဲ့ Google account ID။
- Telegram: Telegram user ID၊ username နဲ့ display name (Telegram က ဖုန်းနံပါတ်ကို Cre8 ထံ မျှဝေခြင်း မရှိပါ)။
- Apple: နာမည်နဲ့ အီးမေးလ် (ကိုယ်ပိုင် အီးမေးလ်ကို Hide ထားလိုပါက Apple က ပေးထားသည့် private relay အီးမေးလ်)။
- Email: အီးမေးလ်၊ ဖုန်းနံပါတ်နဲ့ စကားဝှက် (Password များကို sign-in provider က လုံခြုံသည့် hash ပုံစံဖြင့်သာ သိမ်းဆည်းပါသည်)။
- Profile ဖြေဆိုထားချက်များ: ကိုယ့်ရဲ့ content niche၊ ပရိသတ်၊ ရည်မှန်းချက်၊ ပုံစံ၊ ကြုံတွေ့နေရသည့် အခက်အခဲနှင့် Cre8 ကို ဖြေဆိုထားသမျှ အချက်အလက်များ။
- ပြောဆိုဆွေးနွေးမှုများ: ပို့ထားသည့် စာများ၊ Cre8 ပြန်ပေးသည့် အဖြေများ၊ အကြံဉာဏ်များ ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်လာစေရန် မှတ်ထားပေးသည့် မှတ်ဉာဏ် (memory) နှင့် အဖြေများအပေါ် ပေးထားသည့် feedback သို့မဟုတ် report များ။

- တိုင်ကြားထားသည့် ပြဿနာများကို ဖြေရှင်းပေးရန်နှင့် Cre8 ၏ အဖြေများကို ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်စေရန်။

၃။ AI ကို ဘယ်လို သုံးသလဲ

၇။ လုံခြုံရေး (Security)
Cre8 နှင့် ချိတ်ဆက်မှုအားလုံးကို HTTPS ဖြင့် လုံခြုံအောင် ပြုလုပ်ထားပါသည်။ သိမ်းဆည်းထားသည့် အချက်အလက်များကို အလွယ်တကူ ဝင်ရောက်ကြည့်ရှု၍ မရအောင် ကန့်သတ်ထားပြီး စကားဝှက်များကိုလည်း ရိုးရိုး စာသားအတိုင်း ဘယ်တော့မှ မသိမ်းဆည်းပါ။ ဘာမျှ ၁၀၀% မကင်းလွတ်နိုင်သော်လည်း သင့်အချက်အလက်များ လုံခြုံစေရန် အကောင်းဆုံး ကာကွယ်ထားပါသည်။
၈။ အသက်ကန့်သတ်ချက် (Age)
Cre8 သည် အသက် ၁၈ နှစ်နှင့်အထက် လူကြီးများအတွက် ရည်ရွယ်ပြီး ကလေးသူငယ်များအတွက် မဟုတ်ပါ။ အသက် ၁၃ နှစ်အောက် ကလေးတစ်ဦး အကောင့်ပြုလုပ်ထားသည်ကို သိရှိပါက ချက်ချင်း ဖျက်ပစ်ပါမည်။
၉။ သင့်၏ ရပိုင်ခွင့်များ
App ထဲတွင် မိမိ profile ကို ကိုယ်တိုင်ဝင်ရောက်ကြည့်ရှု ပြင်ဆင်နိုင်သည်၊ မိမိအချက်အလက် မိတ္တူတောင်းဆိုနိုင်သည်၊ ဘယ်အချိန်မဆို အကောင့်ဖျက်ပစ်နိုင်ပါသည်။ ဆက်သွယ်လိုပါက [email protected] သို့ ပို့နိုင်ပါသည်။
၁၀။ မူဝါဒ အပြောင်းအလဲများ
